Georg Lutz is partner in international tax and transaction tax services (ITTS) of Ernst & Young Switzerland based in Zurich. He advises corporate and private equity in complex crossborder transaction and international reorganisation as well as capital market transactions.

He is teaching at the unversities of St. Gallen and Zurich and is co-leader of tax Swiss EY controversy practice.
