Dr. Georg Lutz was partner in international tax and transaction tax services (ITTS) of Ernst & Young Switzerland until 03/2026 based in Zurich. He advises corporate and private equity in complex crossborder transaction and international reorganisation as well as capital market transactions.

He is teaching at the unversities of St. Gallen and Zurich and serves as an alternate judge at the Tax Appeals Court of the Canton of Zurich.
