Stephen coordinates and teaches 4 modules in the faculty: Law & Policy, International Tax Law, Corporate Tax : Profit & Distributions and Business & Finance for Lawyers. He is the Director of Tax, Center for Law and Business, Faculty of Law and Director of the joint LLM (International Business Law) program with East China University of Political Science and Law (ECUPL), a leading university in Shanghai, PRC. He also practices as a Senior Consultant in a law firm RHT Law Taylor Wessing. He is the International Director and founder at the Center for International Tax Law at ECUPL. He is a board member of the Income Tax Board of Review (appellate tax tribunal). He also teaches regularly in the executive education programs at the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy and the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore .
